Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas
Virtual staging for Dallas-Fort Worth, from a Dallas studio.
Vesta is based in Dallas. For listings across the metroplex, from Fort Worth to Plano and Frisco, the studio furnishes vacant rooms, keeps a multi-room listing in one consistent style, and labels every render before you download it.

In short
- Vesta Studio is headquartered at 539 West Commerce in Dallas and serves listings across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex online.
- Multi-Angle Staging stages every photo of one room in a single matching scheme, so a listing does not read as unrelated rooms.
- Every render carries a disclosure label and an audit-ledger entry, which gives a brokerage one record across all of its agents.
A vacant listing, staged as one home
The usual problem with a staged listing is not one bad room but a set of rooms that do not agree: a Scandinavian living room next to an industrial kitchen next to a bedroom in a third palette. Multi-Angle Staging stages every angle of a room in one pass with the same room type, style and seed, so the set shares one palette and one furniture language. Pick one style for the whole home and keep to it.
The model composes each view on its own, so individual pieces will not line up exactly between angles. When one frame strays, re-run it on the same seed. Why the seed matters is covered in the journal.
For brokerages with many agents
A brokerage carries the advertising risk for every agent who publishes under its name. Vesta applies the same disclosure label to every render and records each one in an audit ledger with a SHA-256 hash, so the broker can see which images were altered and when. The public lookup on the compliance page confirms whether a given file came from Vesta. Team plans are arranged with sales; see virtual staging for brokerages.
Meeting the team
The studio is online and self-serve, so there is no need to meet anyone to stage a listing. If your brokerage wants to talk through a rollout, contact the Dallas team.
Advertising a staged photo in Texas
Texas license holders advertise under the Texas Real Estate License Act and the Texas Real Estate Commission's advertising rules (22 TAC §535.154 and §535.155). Two parts of those rules matter most for listing photos.
- An advertisement must not be misleading. TREC's rules treat a misleading or deceptive advertisement as a violation of the License Act. A virtually staged photo shown without a label can mislead a buyer about what the sale includes, so label every staged or altered image where the buyer sees it.
- An advertisement must identify the broker. The broker's licensed or registered name has to appear in the ad, in a size TREC sets relative to the agent or team contact details. That applies to the listing, the flyer and the social post the staged photo appears in.
We are not aware of a Texas statute that, like California's AB 723, prescribes the wording of a disclosure or requires a link to the unaltered original. Vesta labels every render anyway and publishes each original on a public page, so a Texas listing can meet the stricter standard at no extra effort. Your MLS may also have its own rules for altered photos; read them before you upload.

Questions, answered
Is there a Vesta office in Dallas?
Yes. Vesta is based at 539 West Commerce in Dallas, Texas. The studio itself runs online, so staging a listing does not require a visit.
Can Vesta stage a whole Dallas-Fort Worth listing in one style?
Yes. Choose one style for the home and use Multi-Angle Staging for rooms photographed from several positions. Each angle is staged with the same room type, style and seed so the set reads as one scheme, though individual pieces will not line up exactly between angles.
How does a DFW brokerage keep staged photos consistent across agents?
Every Vesta render carries the same disclosure label and is recorded in an audit ledger with a SHA-256 hash. Team plans and seats are arranged with sales through the contact page.
