Virtual staging and twilight edits for Houston listings.
For Houston agents and photographers, Vesta handles the exterior as well as the interior: a grey shoot day turned to blue sky, a daytime front elevation turned to dusk, a cloudy pool cleaned up, and the empty rooms inside furnished.

In short
- Vesta Studio edits Houston listing photos online, inside and out, and labels every render.
- Rain to Shine replaces an overcast or wet sky, and Virtual Twilight turns a daytime exterior into a dusk view.
- Pool Water Enhancement clears cloudy or green water, and Add Water to Empty Pool fills a drained pool to the tile line.
When the shoot day does not cooperate
A listing goes live on a schedule, and the weather on shoot day is whatever it is. Rain to Shine replaces a grey or rain-soaked sky, dries the surfaces under it and rebalances the light. Virtual Twilight gives a front elevation a dusk sky with warm light in the windows, and Natural Twilight is the restrained version for listings where a full twilight would look overworked.
Pools
Pool Water Enhancement turns cloudy or green water clear and leaves the deck and house unchanged. Add Water to Empty Pool fills a drained or unfinished pool. Both are steered by prompt, so compare the result with the original. A pool shown full or clear when it is not is a material difference: label it, and say in the listing if the pool is drained or needs work.
Inside the home
AI Virtual Staging furnishes the empty rooms, and Enhance Photo Quality corrects exposure and straightens verticals on phone captures and dim interiors. Photographers can deliver the edited set with the shoot; see Vesta for real estate photographers.
Advertising a staged photo in Texas
Texas license holders advertise under the Texas Real Estate License Act and the Texas Real Estate Commission's advertising rules (22 TAC §535.154 and §535.155). Two parts of those rules matter most for listing photos.
- An advertisement must not be misleading. TREC's rules treat a misleading or deceptive advertisement as a violation of the License Act. A virtually staged photo shown without a label can mislead a buyer about what the sale includes, so label every staged or altered image where the buyer sees it.
- An advertisement must identify the broker. The broker's licensed or registered name has to appear in the ad, in a size TREC sets relative to the agent or team contact details. That applies to the listing, the flyer and the social post the staged photo appears in.
We are not aware of a Texas statute that, like California's AB 723, prescribes the wording of a disclosure or requires a link to the unaltered original. Vesta labels every render anyway and publishes each original on a public page, so a Texas listing can meet the stricter standard at no extra effort. Your MLS may also have its own rules for altered photos; read them before you upload.

Questions, answered
Can Vesta replace a grey sky in a Houston listing photo?
Yes. Rain to Shine replaces an overcast or rain-soaked sky, dries the surfaces under it and rebalances the light. A sky replacement is an alteration, so the render carries Vesta's disclosure label.
Is it misleading to show a pool with clean water when it is green?
It can be, if the listing does not say so. Pool Water Enhancement and Add Water to Empty Pool change how the pool looks, so label the image, keep the original in the listing, and state the pool's real condition. TREC's rules prohibit misleading advertisements.
Does Vesta offer virtual twilight for Houston homes?
Yes. Virtual Twilight adds a dusk sky, warm interior light and landscape lighting to a daytime exterior. Natural Twilight is a lighter golden-hour version.
